System: CNS: Brain: Malignant: Granular Cell Astrocytoma
The lesion is composed of large round to ovoid neoplastic astrocytic cells with eosinophilic granular cytoplasm and prominent nuclear atypia. There is increased mitotic activity and necrosis (seen in the bottom right).
